e107 ... si more expancible of joomla ... is full featured ... translated and it has an active forum and many community.
I compare many cms with

Typo3 is interesting ... but the backend is spartan ... it's more expandible than e107 ... but i didn't view because i have many installation problem with it.

XOOPS also have a module to integrate IPB/phpBB into it... Tried it b4...

I originally used joomla! but I find it too complicated(no offense joomla! users)...so my friend suggested e107 to me and I find it simpler so I am using it now  Smiley
