I hate to say it but if he was that way inclined he would of did it with or without the net, the only difference these days is we hear about it.... one reason I don't watch the news anymore... too depressing

The guy's suicide had much deeper roots and mocking someone certainly can't lead to this. Would you rather be stabbed than bullied or mocked? People go even further and stab (hang, poison, etc.) themselves, just because of being bullied by others. I can admit that I didn't have always the nicest times in school (I always hated school, for a while got even a little bullied, really a little when compared to what's going on elsewhere, but yep, I sometimes even felt like killing myself...). I believe most people have thought of committing suicide in their teen age, but not that many do it - although the amount of teens killing themselves increases with every year. (By the way, it's not my guesses, it's proven stuff.) Do you really believe all of them had any deeper roots for suicide? |

The young man apparently posted threats of killing himself to Web message boards in the past, according to numerous online reports. Because of this many of those who watched the man's suicide were skeptical that it was a legitimate suicide attempt and began mocking him It was not clear what made him want to kill himself.. But if someone told me that he want to kill himself (or herself) i will ask why and if its obviously he was in pain, i will try to help him instead of mock/bully or even encourage to suicide.. The teenager took an overdose of pills while on camera and was apparently encouraged to do so by commentators on Justin.tv and a bodybuilding site, according to the report. He was in pain and he went to the wrong place.. If he went to somewhere else maybe it wouldn't happen.. |
