That and/or the service is inferior, incorrectly coded, etcetera?

Obviously the way this service handles the way new and old visitors are saved can easily fail.

Does anyone know why it now only shows up on my forum and not the rest of my site?

I wasted a good hour trying to figure out what the damned little thingie was about.  I am generally happy with this service and glad it is available, but I do not appreciate new "features" I do not need and my users do not want pop up with no notice.

Ever.

Admins,.. feel free to give us poor users options, clearly explain what they are and why we would want to use them.  Don't just dump them on our pages without warning..
Please.

I was using this and enjoying it. I would be nice if the service had a way of working without the image poping over. The main reason I'm turning it off is because it comes up inside of iframes which is just no good at all.

Why the hell would you add a feature that users would need to research how to turn off  angry

I did not turn it on and I don't like having it forced on me. A check box and a change button and no indicator whether it is on or off. Sheese. I have tried several combinations and can't seem to get it off. Guess I'll have to live with it for now.

In the future, give users features not gimics and actually test before you drop into production.

Perhaps your browser is loading a cached version of the page?  I'd check and see if it appears for me but my crystal ball won't tell me the URL to your site.

See example here: http://bugawuga13.110mb.com

Look in bottom right corner. You'll see a traffic button.

It tells you how many people are on your site at any one time. Or if you click on it, it'll tell you lots of traffic details about your site.

It's ON by default on Box5/11/12/13/14/15.

And OFF by default on Box4/9/16/17+. Totally outside your account. So won't interfere with your files.

Eitherway, you can turn it ON/OFF on your account by: Log In -> Account Profile -> Turn it OFF/ON

Hoping to get some opinions based on this idea.

Have a nice day everyone.  smiley

Account Profile is at the bottom of the 110mb Control Panel.  The box it is in is in Red.
