Hi, I want to add Power Point files (not larger than 200 KB) to my web site. I uploaded them using File Manager but the files do not open when I am in the Internet. How can I do that? Thanks.

I'm in the internet also and they don't miraculously appear for me either Presumably you have added links to them on your site?

I once had a hard drive clunk-clicking Strange noises, weird sounds and tick-ticking I thought I would wait And procrastinate... But now all my data is missing -------------- dd, a dump, a data dump read a line from standard in $USER, the name I call my self make - a long long time to run .so a library that is shared .ko it's not the same as .so tee, a redirect with in and out and brings us back to dd d d d

So, what is happening that is different from what you expect to happen?

The problem is that nothing happens; when I click on the link to a .ppt file, it does not open although it is uploaded

OK - sorry but I can't read your native language; can you give me an URL to a page that has links to .ppt files that "don't open" ?

Your links appear to be pointing at local files:
file:///E:/lectures%202007/lekcii%20macro/slides%20for%20students/lecture%201%20introduction.ppt
rather than the uploaded files.

Finally found your page of linked ppt files and tpog is correct. You'll need to edit /lectures_macro.htm to make the links point to where you actually uploaded the ppt files.
On a side note, I'd suggest you try and avoid using filenames with spaces in them.
