My original post is below.  I looked over the TOS and I haven't violated it - and if I have done something silly, I am certainly unaware of it. I definitely haven't done any of the 7 things listed for automatic account suspension and since I haven't been notified of any other violation, I think this must be a mistake or something. Please help!

I don't know what happened, and I'm not sure what box my site is on (I am thinking it was box 4, but I am not sure) but everything was fine the other day and now I cannot access almost anything on my site and I can't log in. My site is:

http://eclassroom.110mb.com

but when I try to go to this page, I am sent to that Dream Template site and told my site no longer exists. However, I can get to this page:

http://eclassroom.110mb.com/1st%209%20weeks%20web/lesson1.htm

which is only a small, small part of my site. I am a teacher - I just keep stuff for my classes on my site - I don't try to make money with it and I don't send out email from it. I don't know what I could have possibly done wrong. It was working the last time I updated it, which was last week - and it was fine the other day when I was on it. I also bought space on the database server for Moodle for my students - and all of that is gone, too - with all my students' data.   cry

Can anyone help me? I don't really know what to do. Is this enough information to go on? I'll appreciate any help anyone could give me...

Yes, your account is on box 4.
Your website redirect to the error 500 page (and then instantly to the advertiser - Dream Template at the moment).

If you can access any of your pages, then this is ONLY the cache copy in your browser.

The reason of error 500 can be syntax error in your .htaccess file (if you have htaccess upgrade) - this you can fix by yourself.

But if you have no htaccess upgrade or you can not even log in to your account then your account is most probably suspended. Either correctly because you did break the ToS (re-read it) or accidentally for some reason. If the latter, then edit your post in here, change the subject into "[admin] error 500" and hopefully wait for his intervention.

Yup, you have done what he said you should do.

Unfortunately, I can see no evidence of any of your files - or even your account - on Box 4.

It looks like the extra HDD space on Box 4 was achieved by deleting some 'dormant' accounts.

Okay, okay...I'm freaking out a little, but trying to be calm...so I have copies of all my web pages and files, but what about the stuff I had on the database server in my moodle? Would that all be gone too? Holy smokes - those courses took me more than a year to set up! I did the One-click backup thing, and I have those files, would that enable me to restore anything? What should I do next? Also, can I get my account restored, even if all my files are gone? My site was in no way dormant. What should I do? This is very tragical to me indeed...   cry
