I am sorry if it's already said, but i have not found it from the search.

Some spanish users can't  access to box 16 admin, ftp and webs.

I tried to see and make ping to some box16 webs and it was imposible, and some users said me that they can't see their pages, or only can see it in some pc. That is why I believe that could be a problem of access from certain spanish ip.

Thanks and sorry for my bad english.

PD. I and other user use telefonica (ISP))

3 users Telefonica(ISP) -->1 ok , 2 no



Lo siento si ya esta dicho, pero no lo he encontrado en la busqueda.

Varios usuarios españoles (yo incluido) no pueden acceder al box 16, incluido administracion ftp y webs.

He intentado ver y hacer ping a las webs del box 16 pero ninguna vez a funcionado. Ademas, varios usuarios me han comentado ya que no pueden ver sus paginas o que solo pueden verlas desde algunos pc. Por eso creo que el problema podria ser con el acceso al box 16 desde cierto rango de IPs españolas.

Check if you (all of users) can not see only box16 or other boxes, too.
In example here: http://110sat.lesley.uni.cc/

Doing a trace route and providing results is a good idea.
In command prompt on PC type "tracert siteonbox16.110mb.com". (no matter which one, results will be the same, it can be bugawuga21.110mb.com)

Additionally ask users which ISP they are using - if the same, then it's the problem with that ISP.

And if this is a case of some amount of IPs blocked or (more possible, thare was several cases already) some ISP is blocking this server (or have technical problems) - add [admin needed] to the title.

Ok, I'll ask for users for their  ISP.

I checked all others box and are allright, I only have problems with box16. I can't ping or tracert.

PD. My ISP is Telefonica.



Ok, preguntare a los usuarios por sus proveedores de internet.

He mirado los otros servidores y no hay ningun problema, solo tengo problemas con el box 16. Y no me funcionan ni el ping ni el tracert.

PD. Mi proveedor es telefonica. Ya vere si el de los demás es el mismo.

I use Telefonica too but I can see all my web and others in box 16 but other people can't see mine  huh

And when I try iwebtool this is what I get:

You can see one site* in each of the 10 iframes. This means you can access all the 110mb servers, but as you already knew this, the test hasn't helped you very much.

If somebody who cannot access your site tries this test, you would expect them to see empty iframe(s).

* The test page uses admin sites as it is forbidden to iframe a regular account.

Sorry, but admins can say anything aobut it.

It's a real problem for spanish users, and if neww users can't be sure that their websites will run ok in spain it can be bad.



Bueno, lo siento por mi ingles aun mas empeorado.
Lo que quiero decir es que si algun admin se pasa por este post diga algo al respecto.

Tengo a los nuevos usuarios que no saven si sus webs se van a ver o no en españa, y esto para ellos es un problema bastante urgente.

Bueno, como sea, solo puedo decir de momento que si el problema es del ISP telefonica, es por zonas, ya que un usuario ha confirmado que le funciona con el mismo ISP pero en una zona de españa diferente, mientras que otro mas a parte de mi nos falla con telefonica.

It's something our provider has to fix... They are aware of the situation and are working on it. At the moment it's out of the hand s of 110MB.

I'm currently having the same problem in my web (box 12 -> http://futbolingalicia.com). I'm afraid that with the last DOS attacks the admins possibly banned an IP of a Telefonica's proxy.

Going to resolve this if can, with provider. Else if can't won't host box17 with these guys anymore (iWeb.com).

yeah your right, and box 16 really sucks, they could atleast let us switch from box, and bye the way box 16 is complety down !

I created a new topic earlier:

I'm desperate. I created a personal Xmas web site with my pictures ages ago. I've been waiting for the Xmas season to show it to my friends and now it's the time, but the problem is that suddenly, it doesn't work. A couple of days ago I had no problem with it, everything worked perfectly, but today, all my friends and family are telling me they cannot visit my web site, they receive this message:

I wonder why and if there is something I can do about it. I cannot log in.

Now I want to let you know I'm from Spain too but my internet provider is "Euskaltel", not "Telefonica" like evebody is saying.
Please, let me know what's happening. I speak English but I don't understand anything about web sites or IPs, etc...
