Hello,

It has been about 2 day where my website has been down.  I cannot log in or FTP.  It seems as though my account has been deleted, and I lost all of my paid upgrades, what should I do?  The odd thing is that the I can still log into this support base, but it doesn't work with FTP or the Control Panel, I would guess that it is because they were switching out my server, but at says that everything has been fixed...

Edit:  Apparently my account was removed because:

"Likely cause: You had a lot of things uploaded (likely over 1GB of data), yet your
bandwidth was less then 3MB.

That kind of site, staff see as "inactive" and should be deleted. "


However I have paid upgrades on the site, and it is not inactive, we just have very few visitors to our church site, and we put our sermons, and pictures on the web for people to view and listen to.  Does this mean that if I try to reset up an account and upload the site (1GB) with all the pictures and sermons, that it will be removed again?

This is the site, currently hosted at other server, however that server doesn't give us enough space...

What box were you on originally?

Don't think your site will have been deleted if it's got paid upgrades on it.

Seems odd that it's getting a 404, so curious whether somethings got messed up internally, hence asking about what box it should be on.

I have done that, and contacted the people at speedsuccess.co about getting my purchases back, thanks

However, Now I just uploaded my whole site, and now I cannot log into the FTP, it logged me out right as it was almost done, and seemed as though my account was erased again! However I can log into the control panel but not FTP, What is happening?!
