Dear 110mb
I ordered some upgrades for my site 2 weeks and 1 day ago. I paid via bank transfer so I had to wait for the checkout system to find, catalogue and register my payment. This was completed 1 weeks and 6 days ago when I received a confirmation email from the checkout system saying they had received my payment.
My account still hasn't been upgraded yet.
1 week ago I submitted a support ticket to ask if 110mb had received my payment (I have seen people complaining of problems with bank transfer payments) and would be upgrading my account soon. They have not replied yet.
I'm kinda annoyed at the moment because I was going to have my website ready by now to show to potential employers but that date has come and gone and I missed out. I'll keep calm and just ask for at least a quick message from the team saying something like "we are experiencing exploding servers, please hold." andre's trademark one word "Done" post would be nice though
