I and my few friends want to create a duelist arena.
It is a game.
But we all are working on it collectively.
So each of us needs to login.
Are we allowed to login from that many IPs.
And we would also pay for MYSQL.
So one is paying for that.
And would there be no problem and is any rule breaked.

I don't believe there would be a problem.
1. It's not in the TOS
2. Many people have dynamic IPs like me; they change frequently
