Say I wanted to put pop ups on my site, who would you guys recommend?

Needs to pay by paypal and not require a SSN

lol Since I use traffic exchanges I'll make it to if someone is going to the site index.php?TE=trafficg then it'll show popups by using the $_GET['TE'] variable.

So My normal visitors wouldn't get Peeved

adbrite doesn't have popup ads - they have full page ads text image and flash image ads.

You can try paypopup.com but apparently they're a bit sneaky as sometimes you may get some really bad spy ads. Theres adversa again I haven't tested these because I'm not interested in the whole popups thing. they drive away visitors and people won't be back even if they come through the traffic exchange. you'll scare them away and your traffic exchangers may get pissed.
