You have wrong information about '4SHARED' actually..
For free users it offers 5 GB of space and 100 MB of upload size limit per file.
For paid - 100GB of space, 2GB of upload size limit, 100GB of premium traffic/monthly

The best one I've found is Up-File. Look at a brief list of what they offer for free: - no annoying captchas, timers or ridiculous limitations;
- VERY fast, single stream downloading;
- secured servers;
- filesize limit - 2GB(!);
- making money without any special actions;
- support for any download managers;
- multiple simultaneous uploads;
- file deletion - 90 days after the last visit to the file's downloading page (you don't actually have to download!).
- both FTP and web upload.

Another good file host that is found is http://www.stashfiles.comI've uploaded and shared numerous files with these guys without any problems. They only delete inactive files after 180days of no activity. Also, I get about 1.2MB/s with a download. All for free! |

www.berryshare.com is one to add to the list they only do videohosting tho, but its a super fast buffer they have and great quality, they must pay a lot for their server. You can make the videos either public or private.

I still think Dropbox is the best, although they don't have a lot of storage. No size limit. drag the file into the public folder (don't use the web interface, it sucks), and copy the public link!
