does any one know any good file hosters that pay you?

don't know if they do pay...but here are some of them

First, you should make a topic about this, not just ask in a random topic - and yes, imageboards should be OK, just no sendspace (like Rapidshare). If you mean something like Flickr, then it should be OK. You shouldn't use your account for storing files like on your SkyDrive account, without making an actual site.
