GigaSize sounded good till I checked their
Downloading / Sharing section:
Can I resume an interrupted download?
Yes, you can resume your interrupted or suspended download IF you are a premium account member.
Bastards, screw them! Just another freaking face of RapidShare!
Those who were happy to born in Moscow have higher salaries and better Internet connection. They will have no problem downloading a file in one hoop, so they can avoid paying to RapidShare, GigaSize or I don't care how these scums call theirselves this time. It's a crime to gather money from those who has worse life conditions: lower salaries and worse Internet connection. I remember the times my connection was bad (2 KiB/sec). Download speed from RapidShare was lower than from another sites and I could only download 1MiB in 1 hour. After 1 hour, screwed RapidShare servers close the connection (in comparison, old-games.ru had no problem keeping the connection for 7 hours). I tried over and over and over and over and over and over again, but could only get 1MiB out of 56. Although I have slightly better conditions right now, I can't forget those who are left behind. File host must collect money for extended bandwidth, for no advertisement, for no CAPTCHA but NEVER, i say NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!! for download resume function!
My wishlist:
1-time payments (like on 110mb.com). I want to pay for disk space and not for time. Probably less disk space, but 1-time. I'm not gonna host films so I don't need extremely huge disk space amounts and bandwidth. But payment must be 1-time.
I have seen many dead links through the posts here. I don't want my files to go down once in the blue moon. I'd better pay.
Download resuming for everybody. If this service can host file for free, download resume must be available for free uploaded files as well. Otherwise I will boycot this service.
Hot links. Must be available for paid uploaders.
No file expiry for paid uploaders. Instead, I want to have an option to expand my disk space on demand (for money, of course).
P. S. It would be excellent if 110mb.com provide me such an option.
I can see an option «5 GB of SECURE Personal Storage Space», but IIUC it's not for publicly downloadable files.
