okey..so i'm in Box 15..but my website was working fine until noon today. Cant understand whats the problem now...when I try to login through CP, the following error comes :

Does that mean, i have to create my account from scratch with the same username??! please help...i had so many files in that..! is there is a recovery process?

But I registered my account after August 28th...i received my confirmation e-mail on September 2nd. So do i have to apply or not? But my website is still down..and I'm on box 15

If you want the files to be restort, yes. If not, no. But don't quote me on that.

I signed up my website the 5th september, today it wont work either: Holy smoke! An error occurred.

Then there's a box below telling me the box15 thing, Anyone explain step by step what to do here please?

My original a/c was created before 28th August. But after that my a/c was lost and re-registered to create a new a/c using same user name.

Will my current site remain or it will be overwritten by old files?

for all those with an account on box15 registered AFTER 28th august:

Don't panic. And have your towel always in hand.

Your data is fine and will NOT be overwritten.

The restoration of lost data (as seen in the news ticker on the top of the forum) is ONLY for people that had registered BEFORE 28th august and thus were affected by box15's "growing pains"

So when will it be back up? It said it would all be restored by september 5th and I just woke up this morning and it is september 11th. Im guessing were supposed to make a new account so I guess I will just go do that now.

it seems i may have made a duplicate thread...

so I technically registered before Aug28 and lost my account, then I re-registered, and now my site has paid upgrades and a lot of content that wasn't there before aug28..

I'm really hoping that my old (empty) site doesn't overwrite my new site. There's a lot of data I don't want to lose.
