Intel inside, idiot outside. There's a picture like that. Anyway, Box1 speed isn't the thing I care about. It's the thing that work there. But, NOTHING WORKS! File Manager is dead. PHPMyAdmin is disabled. MySQL databases aren't accessible trough the CP, and the CP would be the only way, for me to remember my database name and username.

Regarding logging in, fixing it now.

Regarding speed. Yes box2 are simple Intel servers. So box 1 is much faster.

Also attempting to figure out why box2 is slow yet it's CPU is doing nothing.

So, I'd rather build my site on a much longer existing account?

Hi.
I set up my 110Mb account yesterday and today started to upload files.
It logged in fine and I uploaded some small files.
I also uploaded a 5Mb zipped file which worked.

Then the file manager, the login page and everything else on box 2 doesn't work. It works fine for a few minutes and then it stops working for a few minutes and everything gives this error:

Quote
Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at box2.110mb.com

# The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.

#   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.

#   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

The files that were on already (like index.php) and some other stuff can be visited.
I can visit all other websites fine. Im using Firefox 2.

Is it just me or is the server being upgraded or something?
If it is the server then how long do you think it will take to stop and if it is just me then do you have any ideas on how to fix it.

mr_bean,
Doesn't matter that clustered servers are simple 4Ghz Intels. Only the main server (box1) needs to be powerful as it does most of the work. box2, 3, 4, etc... only hosts extra accounts so box1 doesn't get overloaded.

Anyway still looking into the performance issue.

calum,
We're doing box2 updates at time of your writing. That's why problems.
