I'm leaving 110MB since the downtime is simply getting too much for my expanding website. My website still exists, but is now at a new paid host. I appreciate everyone who's helped me. I have a query: Am I allowed to keep posting on the forum, even if I haven't got an account here anymore? I am selling my account with lots of juicy upgrades. Nice and cheap!Thank you to the 110MB community for being so much help.

there are a few of uf here who don't have accounts here, take manicgames for example, he has a dedicated server, Mop uses a paid host, and a few others do aswell

I am suffering from exactly the same problem and I am in a postition like you, But I cannot afford to be paying monthly for features that is why I chose 110mb for their 1 off payments PS: Will the GBF ever Un-Blacklist box 17?

What does this have to do with Technical Questions & Website Design? I see that you already have a topic in the Marketplace selling your subdomain, this post however should be in General Chat if anywhere.

What did you expect from a free/pay once site? Oh well. It's perfect for my blog (even if it goes down) since I really only update it once a week anyway.
I'm already enjoying this place, but it's sad to see people leave because of downtime.

Box 16 has been the worst downtime. *cough*14*cough*
I still host my site here, but various branches are on my own servers (mail etc..)

Personally, I think box16 has been fairly good since they replaced the faulty network card and re-installed the OS

Yes, I host on my own server. I just like hanging around the community. But now that 110mb is being sold, chances are everything is going to change.

I'm just wondering how many mods will be replaced when this new Mr. Profit comes in. Probably replaced by some un-fun "stick to the rules" guy.

Yeah, they won't have fun with us like these admins did. Remember "selling 110mb"? But I guess that's not as funny anymore.....

But I guess that's not as funny anymore..... so true >.< but it was still a great topic till they got hard ass on the reason why the board was their but still... i have said it in another topic as long as people here right now stay after the change im willing to stay as well (forums at least) maybe not hosting based on what they want to do for 2-7 days as a test but forums non the less if they keep it as is or close too...

as long as the community stays intact not that much of a difference really where you host at, its the community that makes this place

True, but my worry is this: If New Owner(s) = jerks Then 110mb's members > 110 Then Forums go bye bye due to no $$$
