110mb.com runs a LAMPP stack, not a Tomcat server. Even if you could upload JSP files, they would not be interpreted as JSP. Consider using PHP instead.

If it can be done server-side JSP, it can probably be done with PHP, and if it requires client side processing, it most likely can be done with Javascript.
