J'utilise le ftp de mon logiciel (SERIF) en mentionnant les instructions du panneau d'administration .

A chaque fois la connexion ne ne fonctionne pas.

J'ai essayé Filezilla et la réponse est "connexion impossible" (port 21)

Merci de m'aider.
