This may not be a problem on the 110mb side but I have created a script to back up database and set a web service to call that script at a certain time.

script works great from browser.

Is there any reason why 110mb might block this sort of thing.

I think sending an echo or reply to my cron web service might be causing the issue.
I use www.webcron.jk

Please help. maybe there is a fire fox plugin that dose jobs. hmm I will have a look into that...

I am still trying to figure a way to parse e-mails into a config.php file that is used to define a database update job based on information in e-mail.  I am trying to be ebay friendly.

Where is the script that does the database backup? If it isn't on your 110mb site that could be a cause.

How is the script not working - any error messages, or other indications of problems? Any other helpful information for diagnosing the problem.

I thought I would wait

But now all my data is missing

and brings us back to dd d d d

You will need to post your code for us to help you. External cron services work fine for 110mb.

Well then you should take up your issue with your cron service instead. wink

the cron site you posted seems to be gone? I visited the url and I got a dns error - either they're having server problems or they've shut down (or it's just not working for me). But I think you should wait a few days to see if their site comes back, in which case I think it will probably go back to normal.

This is a problem outside of 110mb, it's your cron service.
