Do you mean sending emails from a site with php? You'll need either sendmail or fsockopen for that. Do a quick search here or google search for php contact form.

Am I correct? You want a contact form that emails you? Or you want to go against the ToS and spam people?

you need sendmail activated, once it's activated it's a rather simple process

You also need to be aware that sendmail or fsockopen are paid upgrades, see http://www.110mb.com/upgrade-free-plan.php

The latter is also available free with 30 useful forum posts.
