Hello everyone!  Here is my website - http://attaboyvideo.110mb.com/attaboyvideo.html

I almost never post anywhere so please forgive my naiveté.  My flash site took me about a month's worth of weekends to complete, not to mention all of the frustration that went into compressing the video into a useable form.  The site started from a template supplied by http://www.flashvillage.com/ but it wasn't designed for dynamically loading video.  Anyway, it's done now, and aside from the business which it's promoting,  how does it look?

It's quite nice other than I didn't get it at the first sight.
Those videos takes time to load at they seems to be just pictures at first.
