We need settings to disable post counts in these topics or move them to another section without post counts because i think people are here only to get their post count up using sneaky means.

Sorry if they are already disabled but we seriously can't have people increasing their post count tremendously just because they troll the bar or they "ban" the next person.

I am pretty sure that andre and the other admins check for USEFULL posts when people apply. They even said they review them 1 by 1.

i've asked dexter about this before. he said that general section is monitored less and users can't be accused for useless posting unless its obvious spam. Dexter if i wrote the previous sentence inaccurately then correct it please.

This was done quite some time ago, a subforum was created for just forum games that would not count the posts, it was removed after a couple of weeks

also the look mostly at the places were you could be most useful first like the help sections, if you dont have enough there then they may look into other sections to see if you qualify (as long as there are a decent amount in help topics) that is what i believe anyways... but i doubt they would go threw all 3k posts from manic in the general chat cheesy maybe only first k or so but not more Duh that would take ages...

its easier to just remove the whole topics in question from the general section and take everyones posts with it LOL

Why don't 110mb make a sub-board in general chat called "Forum Games" and move them all there. Keep it hidden to members only and only open that board for new topics once every month or so.
