Hi guys!!!

I haven't done this in a long time and I need someone to help me out. I don't know where to find the information I need.
If anyone can help me figure out what i need to put where in the screenshot to make it work. Please!

If you're using a MySQL database, then you should fill in what you specified when you created your database. If you're using a SQLite database, then you should just specify the path to your new database file.

If you're using MySQL

1) locally, then supply the information you used to create the database, and the hostname localhost.
2) remotely, then supply the information given by your database host.
