when you click "add item" on the product_info.php page, the wrong item ends up in shopping cart.

I've been trying to fix this for like 3 days, i'm completly lost. Please help, my site is otherwise finished and its killing me that this is stopping me from going live.

Have you asked your question at the osCommerce community? These guys would have much more knowledge about what you're facing.
