I registered mine web hosting with diffrend email id...& i registered in forum with diffrent id...
i want hosting email id not forum email id

There isn't all that much you can do. You don't have anything to prove that you are the owner of that site. No password, email, or associated forum account. Unless an administrator decides to believe you there isn't much you can do.
