hi friends,
what all I want is to get the texts and images flashing out at somewhere on the page. just like the advertisements shows the animated texts as well as images.
just like the header image in this site  mponline.gov.in
how can i get that ?

to get the images animated, you need to build an animated image saved as a .gif

then use the <img source="file.jpg"> command to insert it

The site you linked to uses Flash for their site.

You can learn flash and upload your site or you can use animated Gif's as mytestpages recommended.

"Microsoft GIF Animator" makes it quite easy to create your own GIFs if you want to go down that route, don't think it's available from Microsoft any longer but Google it for third party sites with a freeware version.
