it is very useful for us if we use livechat because there may be situation where we need technicians very urgently and if we use forums it may take a lot of time for us to wait wait until someone responds to us Livechat will really solve this problem

If there was no mods or admins in the forum they probably wouldn't be in the live chat. Most of the time there is at least one or two mods on the forum.

Most of the time there is at least one or two mods on the forum. the problem is we want live help ,if you are not able to handle users requests and provide live help then how would you think 110mb.com will stand in top position in providing customer support, provide support and receive thanks 110mb.com is such a huge site and not providing live support, its something to be noticed

Problem: Live Support requires more support staff. Problem: More support staff means more staff wages.
Solution: Paid upgrade anyone?

No it means that live support requires more staff which would want to get paid and ergo require more money. This money has to come from somewhere. Besides, how many issues really require you to chat with support staff? 9.8/10 issues can be handled on the forums or support ticket/email. Also how many other free hosts out there have live support?

Ok. Problems with this "live support" theory.
1. Nobody would visit the forums, meaning the same questions would be asked over and over.
2. People would constantly bug the hell out of the chat staff "I want my upgrades!", etc.

ok now i understood the great use of forum instead of live chat ,yes if we use livechat then the point of reasking questions will be repeated.this can only be solved with a forum you really think guys before you start to do work. now m mouth is shut on asking about live chat

There was a live chat in the past - not 24/7, only several hours a day, but there was. And has been shut down long time ago. Later on even support ticket queue gets longer and longer...
Instead live chat - getting support ticket queue short enough to answer in reasonable time would be great improvement. Requirements to do that - the same...

3. 60 people asking 50 questions at the same time... vs few 'moderators' Piotr you've got a point, I have no idea how ticket status's are, but you're someone I can believe, so that definitely would be a major improvement!

With a community this size it would be so easy & cost efficient to make a live support chat (even without access to the server).

And not at all server resource efficient.

And not at all server resource efficient. Not that big a deal, just get another server, 110mb make enough to dedicate one server or part of one to a chat script.

Personally, if 110mb ever did want to offer live chat, I'd say outsource it. Then they're not paying for the bandwidth, servers, or using their time. But I don't see live chat coming any time soon. Another one post wonder.
Makes me wonder if it's someone testing out a forum bot on a large scale. Also, ever had a 1 pm wonder? I've gotten a few of those
