so i want to send proof id but how would you help me pls?

you need One scanned document from Category A and One from Category B.which are Category A: 1. Drivers License 2. Passport 3. Any other document that contains your picture and your full name. (Yes! School ID is also fine) Category B (all must contain your address & full name): 1. Electricity bill 2. Telephone bill 3. Bank Statement (you can hide the amounts if you want) 4. Water Bill If you can't provide 1 statement from category A, then you need to send 4 documents from category B. |

1 scan from list A 1 scan from list B So in total - 2 scans. For example: I sent-in my school ID and a bank statement. |

I dont actually have any of the bills said, and as my parents have a different name to me so its difficult, i cant get any form catagory B.
I have my passport, so Catagory A is ifne.
I was just wondering, would it be acceptable for me to send my NHS medical card insetad of the ones said in Catagory B. It has my full name and full address on it.
