I was wondering how do I get RSS feeds on my webite?
I wanted to have like a daily list of cool stuff on a feed, but I am totally new to feeds.
How do I add them?

Its quite simple really, you need a XML file and a piece of HTML in your <head>

Here is a sample RSS Feed

Code:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<rss version="2.0">

</rss>
save that as rss.xml

You just add a new item for a new feed item

And to show a browser you have a RSS feed, put this in your <head></head>

<link rel="alternate" href="rss.xml" type="application/rss+xml" title="Sitewide RSS Feed" />

You would change the href to wherever the xml file is
