I use FileZilla to store an .ini file so that other users' computer know what files to download from the webhost. Besides FileZilla, I then use a stand-alone program which uploads files to the server through ftp aswel and upon uploading another file, the program checks what is updated and just uploads the uploaded data. That way users can update their files without having to download the whole package again and again.

To let this work properly, I would need the .pwi extension to be allowed. So if you please, could allow the upload of .pwi allowed. Thanks in advance!

Yours sincerely,

Nicolas De Letter

You needn't use .pwi extension. Filezilla have new data updated function that you neen't upload whole packages again, It only update changes on source file to targeted file, so files uploaded processes will faster. You can refer raw ftp commands at http://esiportal.110mb.com/rawftpcommands.shtml for using FileZilla tool
Sincerely

I am wondering why .mov files are disallowed. My web pages contain quicktime vr scenes, virtual reality scenes which you can pan and zoom using the mouse and keyboard. Unfortunately, they have the same file extension as linear quicktime movies (.mov). I can't use any other format or extension because qtvr is a proprietory Apple format. I could link to the files somewhere else, but it's just creating more headaches for me as these vr scenes are embedded in my pages. Can I please ask for the return of .mov files?

hello.
i have wrote to http://www.110mb.com/pages/abuse-contact
"7z" is not allowed yet. and no answer i have received.

i want to say that i have very small archives, smallest is 2kb 7kb inside.

to "pestaa": excuse me for i said "read what i wrote!" and others..

why are not allowed better compression formats like 7z, bz2, kgb and rar i do not understand. many my 7z archives has .lng files (language packages), some are one .js file inside, and some are html with images little books.
the biggest archives on my site are:
3 programs 1.5-2 mb rar and i agree to store them on a file hosting, also i have four 0.5 and one 1.4 mb archives 2 of them are programs, 2 are books and 1 is all htm articles on my site all in one archive. them i also can store on a file hosting.
and smallest archives are 54 rar and 7z files smaller than 50kb.

i still have not moved to this hosting because of that 7z problem is not solved and i wait for reply from admins that they are disallowing 7z not by mistake but specially(?).

I can't imagine it would be a problem, they are just formats used for music from old computer games and stuff, not for commercial music, besides Soundtracker MOD files are already permitted, just not zipped ones (moz).  My website has a little game music jukebox at the top with a handful of tunes, its not a music archive or anything.

could you allow the .lmv extension?
The .lmv extension is for a third-party flash authoring tool called Liveswif 2.2. This program doesn't use .fla, but instead uses the extension I am asking for. I would like to upload these files so the Liveswif community can use the source I provide. Thanks for any response!

Hello,

I absolutely need to upload files with CNT and STR extension. They are needed by the cool flat CMS http://www.xcms.it (which is derivated from Guppy i suppose).
There is also another file literally named ".dolphinview" which I don't know if it is critical or not, but it's in the queue to be uploaded and this 'dolphinview' extension is not allowed as well.
Can you give me permissions please?
Thanks in advance

As said before, .RAR will not be supported, but does this apply to the unlimited extensions with the upgrades?

Thank You

When I use Microsoft word to write a page containing equations. The htm file is accompanied by a directory containing all the equations as gif files and some wmz files . 110mb does not allow them to upload so my pages are loaded without equations. If there's a way around this please advise.

I need the .ndx extension.  I am using some church management software, which is uploading data to my site.  It has a file with that extension, and it is necessary for me to do what I need to do.  The software is Excellerate, and I think the file is an index of the names of my church members (but not sure).  Can you make this one accepted, please?

Thank you!
