I am offering free top level domains for developed sites in exchange for backlinks (currently 4) in the footer (or wherever you want) of each page of the site. These domains will be under my ownership for about the first 11 months so I can make sure that everyone holds their end pf the bargain and keeps the backlinks active. Domains will be registered at either godaddy or my own registrar, rilps.com
After the first 11 months, you will have the option (not a requirement) to have full control of the domain. If you want this, then it will be pushed to your godaddy or rilps account for free, and you can do whatever you want with it after that.
.info will be given out to most sites If you can prove with stats that you have more than 700 unique visitors per month, then a .com or .net or .org can be issued.

Backlinks have to be included on all main and index pages. If you have secondary pages that subindexes link to, then need for backlinks on those. And they're just simple text links that can be small font if you want. No restrictions, other than the fact that when you want something set, you have to tell me first, and I'll do it for you.

I'd do it but only if..
1) The domain is in my control from the start (if you have issues of trust then I offer an alternative) or you register the domain for 2 or more years - you can hold it for 11months, but after that you push it to me. It makes no sense for you to hold on to the domain for 11months and then with 1 month left the person gets ownership - you may as well just buy the domain from the start.
2) So you're looking for sites that are just starting or already around, considering that most sites already around with the kind of traffic you're asking for - most likely already have PR on their domain or subdomain, if they switch to the domain - it won't have PR right off the bat - you do understand that right?
3) If you're looking for new sites to sponsor with the domain then I wouldn't mind but the links would only stay up for however long you're sponsoring. So if you buy a 1 year domain, the links only stay for 1 year - at which point after that it would come down - since you're no longer paying for it.
Anyways those would be my terms..

I can't give you the domain to start. Then, there's nothing I can do if I don't get my links, because I'll have no control of the domain. Everything else is fine.

Then there you have the problem. Nobody wants their domain under the control of someone else. You win more in this situation, because you hold the most leverage, meaning if you ask someone to throw up another link somewhere else, and they refuse, you can easily just take away the domain.

you're a relatively new member so excuse me when I say it's harder for us to trust you - when you can just as easily disappear with the domain. I'm not going anywhere so you can take that as a cue that me or any other longer member on here is going to stick around and can be confronted about such link removal.
The main thing is that you're not only holding ownership (as manic mentioned) but holding it for 11months - assuming you're buying it for 1 year that's 91% of the liftime. And an info domain costs a lot more for the 2nd or 3rd years..

Have you already purchased domain names, or do I get to choose my own. Also, what is the address if your site. I do not want my visitors clicking an adult/warez site. In case, if my site has a lot more than 700 unique visitors every month, do i get to have two/three domains. oh, and a couple more questions: if i put googleads on the new domain, who will get the money for first 11 months. will there be backlinks on the new domain as well?
