you need to set the multiple connections to 1 ,
no idea how to use that ftp,  check in thr settings undecided

I bet it can be fixed, but you can always simply use the File Manager.  Duh

You can always zip files, upload via file manager, and then unzip on your account.
Not neccessarily trying to get you to switch from FTP, but just giving you a suggestion.
