Been away for awhile. I can log into the system with my regular password but when I go to step 2 and log into the site builder. The username and passwords are populated as they have always been, but...I click to log on and get an error message saying that the password is incorrect?

This has been asked an answered many times before.

You are not looking for your FTP password, you are looking for your site builder password.

The site builder password is automatically generated for you by the login, so you probably have to disable saved passwords and clear the previously saved passwords as well.

Alternatively, if you've changed your 110mb password at some point since using Site Builder, the prefilled password may be wrong and you may need to change manually & type in each time you use Site Builder, try the previous advice first though.

Yes, I just changed the main sites password today as a matter of fact. Now the sitebuilder password does not work. The problem is I don't even know the sitebuilder password to my account. I tried emailing 110.mb directly hours and hours ago?

If you have recently changed your 110mb signon password, this will affect the Site Builder password.

Either: Click on link http://www.box16.110mb.com/wizard/help/help/site-builder-license-update.htm and follow instructions on how to access the admin panel for Site Builder - make sure that only the License box is ticked - enter your new password - Select "Go" - use this new password each time you access Site Builder.

Or: If you have not made significant changes to your site, you can repeat Site Builder step 1 to build your website, this should re-synch your Site Builder password with your new 110mb password. WARNING - This will overwrite any changes you have already made.

Always remove password-remember-functions on your web browser and your logon problems will fix. Step 2 on sitebuilder web application of 110mb generate random password for you automatically and you only need click on next button to go to step 3 for template and control panel installing on your sitebuilder.
