Not-one-bit. So - me watching - he takes the knife to her, laughing while he does it! Turns to me, and he says, "why so serious, son?" Comes at me with the knife... "Why so serious?" He sticks the blade in my mouth... "Let's put a smile on that face!"

Reminds me of when you go to 7-eleven and buy a slurpee MIX all the flavors + let them melt. Than drink it and you have this gamefuel.

I see they encourage life-wasting activities like the infamous WoW-ing, to which some of my friends have fallen as slaves. Bravo! I like the direction towards which society is heading.

WoW's been messing with my head since forever -- I don't want to try it nor watch anything of it because I don't want to fall prisoner. Can't count how much friends I've lost to that game, yet I have to resist the urge to follow them.

WoW isnt that bad I play it on and off mainly when i get bored with City of Heroes. PvP is awesome in it though, never played an MMORPG that has it like that however after about a month i get bored of soloing, no one remembers you and most of the time people are quite nasty to each other on it

I'm sorry, WoW is just horrible. The game is just as bad, if not worse, than Battlefield 2 when it came out due to the loads of bugs and glitches that should have been solved before release. I've tried it and played it before, and honestly, it's a horrible effort at team work. It seems that there is no real definite hierarchy of players within the game itself, to me it just seems like the one who controls the VOIP server is the ultimate leader.
You stand around getting "briefed" for 30 minutes, fight for 2 minutes, then "brief" again. I also can't stand the abuse in online gaming terminology which players of WoW didn't even introduce half of the time. Many common phrases people claim came from WoW actually came from Counter-Strike and other previous games.
I also hate the addiction level people get off of playing it. You ask the person to come and hang out, but they are too bust "briefing" for 30 minutes, then doing it all over.
In short, people really need to disperse and find a new hobby.

Sort of agree, WoW lacks team play as you level hence why I go to it when i get bored with CoH which focuses mainly on teaming together. Im not sure what you mean by "briefed", the only time that would happen would be in a raid and then there would be at least 30+ people with you, im no where near high enough to do those yet XD Millions of people play WoW, there are hundreds of servers, there are only a few people who think its bad, its just a matter of gameplay preference. I find people are more mature on City of heroes and it allows you to create your own story lines which other people can play as well as complete control of the look of your character, PvP wise its bad and it has hardly any end game content unlike wow which has a huge focus on PvP rather than PvE and has a lot of end game content. I have tried quite a few mmorpgs even Eve, thought that was bloody awful, i mean spending days trying to get enough money just to upgrade your ship and then see it get destroyed and you have to start all over again Many people actually prefer fantasy games like WoW compared to games such as COD. I could also say the same thing about you needing to "disperse and find a new hobby" with Gmod I nominate confuser for immediate dismissal from the 110mb forums.

Garry's Mod is not really classified as a "game" as there are no set objectives or any game play focus, it's a physics engine, and I generally play more Playstation 3 variety games than PC games. Many people actually prefer fantasy games like WoW compared to games such as COD. And the extremely inaccurate statement of the year goes to...*drum roll*.... confuser!

You don't play Gmod, you play with it. Exactly, it's a tool. WoW is almost like a job, really. I can't see what's so rewarding about it, oh and, confuser, watch out or you might end up like this guy here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9Q1Eegn2hw&feature=related I mean, wtf is wrong with these people!?

I play GMod, Hell I even have a GMod server (connect egigaming.uni.cc in the console)
WoW is the g33kiest, most annoying game in the world (hehe see what I did there?)
Confuser, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Uh why? I like it, many other people do, i think the whole idea of Gmod is pointless and even more geeky. I play it on and off, only re subbed the other day, its fun and I dont really care what other people think, I play it because I want to and nothing you say can stop me, especially with CoH/CoV

Confuser, you should be ashamed of yourself. I guess that is a little too much. The only thing about WoW someone really has to be ashamed of is all the addicts who literally live in WoW.
