This is a very nice website, but unfortunately your pages are static and do not work well with different screen resolutions... do take into account that not everyone has the same screen set up as you have... I also have a wallpaper website that uses "fluid designs" check it out here: http://coolpics.110mb.com/That website changes with different screen resolutions.... if you can apply the same ideas to your website then you can reach the whole world and you are onto a winner... I like the design. However I noticed that your pages are in .HTML format, you may want to think about investing the time/money in learning PHP and mysql, seems due to the nature of the site it requires updating often.

Very nice, got myself a new wallpaper! You need to add some wallpapers, though.
Also, as already suggested, you might want to do it in php, or use Wordpress or similar (very easy to use and update).
