I never had troubles with traffic, doing nothing - my website could be sitting for days saying 'offline' and I still get 100 unique people a day.

Your niche is already very crowded. You have to provide an incentive for people to register and contribute to the forum.

i've tried my best to make the forum titles number low. the visitor to the forum is also low these days.

You could try paying some people as an incentive to come to your forum and post some content.
Pay the people around 0.01$/post or maybe a bit lower.
Advertise this post for cash opportunity in all the forums that you visit. This will drive a lot of traffic to your forum.

post even more, spread your links in other forums, provide some popular downloads for VIP members (and lets say the condition to became a VIP member would be 10-100 non spammy post).

i got new members in my forum  one problem of my website pomotion is my slow and costly dial-up internet connection, because of this my web-promo is tightly scheduled. The ideas i got from this forum is very valuable. thank you . . . |
