Your main page is indexed already. For the rest - you have to give Google their time... http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Amichaellindahl.110mb.com&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=

Okay how to I index my site, and how can I implement a mobile version of my site. I want someone to go to the mobile version, when they visit my site from a mobile device automatically. Right now I am just using mobile.michaellindahl.com on another 110mb account

Indexed - but not cached.
Just type: "site:michaellindahl.110mb.com"

Is that a different question? (*hint*) Have a read and determine for yourself if an XML sitemap would be useful to you. When you have made up your mind, come back and ask your question

Not neccessary, but useful (for search engines if there is no links accessible for search engines). It can be even simple text file with links inside for Google, in example: http://michaellindahl.110mb.com/ http://michaellindahl.110mb.com/mysite/welcome.html http://michaellindahl.110mb.com/mysite/about_me.html http://michaellindahl.110mb.com/mysite/schedule.html ... or some xml versions, like inportb wrote. There are some tools for automatically create site maps - search for "sitemap generator" or similar in Google etc. About redirecting mobile users to mobile version... I am not familiar at all with websites for mobiles, but I guess that they have different User Agent strings than "normal" browsers. If yes, then using PHP or .htaccess you can redirect them basing on some keywords in the User Agent string. You just created separate topic for this - good.

Then publish only the link that you want to expose to Google, and remove other links. Google is smart, see, and indexes what you think is important.
