Could you be a bit more specific?
Are you selling the domain, the hosting and the domain, etc? Do you have a starting price in mind? Also, Google Analytics or some sort of equivalent is always helpful for demonstrating traffic.

Hmmm... Good idea while being not officially a part of Google Wave Team use the whole fuss around the Google new product and build a website and communnity around it. Good idea for making some money of it. But I am dissapointed that your main purpose was quick money (as it looks like for me). But good luck, I understand.
I think that ThermoCool has in mind the domain name, website, forum. I'm not sure about hosting account/package that he use currently, though.
Yes, you should specify this, ThermoCool, what exactly you're selling (or you just asking for potential price but you're not selling?).

Yes, i'm selling it. The complete website (Domain, Hosting, Content). I can see lots of business opportunities around this website (few I have mentioned in the first post). And the the avenues are increasing with new innovations from Open Source community. It has the potential to be the best support forum for wave outside Google. Another good part is already 35% traffic is from search engine and lots a URLs are yet to be indexed. So no chance in losing traffic overnight.

Well, I'm a bit weak about this forum, because here I learnt website development. So I dont really want to fix a starting bid, which I have to do on some website selling site. I just want to see how much I'm offered. But definitely I have some target amount... (anyone is free to PM me)

I'm running Google Analytics behind and can definitely offer authentic data about the site. U may also do a quick check on websiteoutlook.com.

Just like any other 110mb forum member U hav a special place to me for sure. I learnt a lot from U... even the phpBB installation for this site !!! Look, I'm more of a developer than a forum administrator or marketer. If I had inside contacts to Nokia or Blackberry, trust me, I would not be selling this site today. Even if I had contacts with different companies who'll be starting to sell wave apps soon or will be in wave integration for corporates. None. So I'll sell this and the money is required for my next target of a Twitter App development. Quick Money ? Only I know, how much energy I had to spend in the early days of this forum.

I know you have chosen $5000 because of websiteoutlooks forecast, but trust me they don't offer any truth in the selling price. It says my site is worth $1109.6, but it would never EVER sell that much. |

The domain name might sell for low-mid $XX. The homepage is kinda sketchy, but the forum has some potential based on the domain name.
If you want 5000USD, you'd need to build your community a lot more. The site has no/low value now, but it could change depending on how much work you put into it.
