The database host is localhost, not what you have there.

You seem to have the incorrect values for the database name and user. They should look like yourusername_identifier. What you'd actually put there depends on the values you chose when you created your database, of course. If you haven't already, you need to:

1) activate MySQL support
2) create a database and database user
3) assign privileges between your database and user
