Firstly, I've made changes to the website, but I can't publish them.
I do the normal stuff in frontpage, click publish pages, but it's not being published shocked
There doesn't seem to be a problem with my frontpage.
Secondly, one of the pictures have been hijacked! and when clicking on it opens this page:

It's the third picture in the second row on this page:

 huh
Can anyone help?

Have you setup FrontPage to work with 110mb, I don't even know if it's possible. Also http://www.arg.com/110mb.html is the current 110mb 404 page advertiser, which means your image or file or whatever doesn't exist. Check for capitalisation, although it may not matter on Windows, it does on Linux (What 110mb servers run on).

Almost every site you see runs on Quirks, not standards

Correct.

1 - check your FTP settings inside of your Frontpage. And try again later, maybe it was some temporary. (if you actually successfully connect previously). Remeber that you can always connect and upload files with using different FTP clients.

2 - From time to time 110mb error pages redirects to various advertisers.

Image nancys.110mb.com/My Pictures/nancy/scans/IMGacc.jpg doesn't exists, so you're going to 404 error page, and from there you are instantly redirected to the advertiser. Check the path of your image, check if you actually have this image uploaded, be aware of CaSe SenSitiVity (however Frontpage should take care of it for you).
