help!my site dose'nt work!

I have upload a test php script page,But couldn't access my site,also FTP is inacessible.I have been receiving a 404 error when try to input my URL,I only can access my site by web proxy ,I can login to the control panel but my domain doesn't seem to be working.I am a chinese,do you just bann chinese ip range? I want to use your free hosting to build a froum/bbs.Please tell why and what I should do.

Just in case its not true, make sure you home page is in the root directory and is called index.html or index.php.

You really like to know, Why would they do that? Communistic running country's don't like there people to get to much global information! That could disturb the systems brain washing practice!

You used you File Manger to upload your file; correct? There could be a temporary problem with the server try to upload the test.php again later ore try again if you can connect by using FTP. Should work! the server has some problem I think! There was another member had the same problem he uploaded the file using File manager but the file never uploaded! He later uploaded again and it was working!

(To make sure! Should always  double check after uploading if the file has the right contents, open it with edit in the File manager!)
