Well, step one is to make sure that you uploaded it into your root folder.  The other thing to keep in mind is that 110mb is run on Linux servers.  This means that file names are cAsE sEnSiTiVe.  index.htm is different from Index.htm which is different from index.HTM.

If all that is right then maybe consider trying to save the file as a .html and see if that works.

Hope this helps.

Also, make sure you delete the original index.html as that will be chosen before index.htm.

You can either:
  • Use Site Builder from the 110mb control panel which has various templates to select and a relatively easy interface. If you've got problems using it ( http://www.110mb.com/forum/site-builder-not-working-t39444.0.html ) you may want to describe the problem(s) in more detail in order to get further assistance
  • Create your own html / php / css files via the File Manager from the 110mb control panel.
  • Create your own html / php / css files locally on your pc, either manually via notepad or using a software package, and upload to 110mb via FTP (e.g. FileZilla) or the File Manager.
