You can not at all if you are using only your 110mb subdomain.

You can not if you are using 110mb nameservers for your own domain.

You can easily if you use some external (in example your registrar's default) nameservers, point your domain to 110mb with A records and configure all other DNS records at that external DNS service.

Ok, I need help with this one. I am trying to offer free email @mydomain.com. My registrar is @ godaddy.com. Are you saying that I can change the MX Record there? Help me understand this. My domain is hosted here @ 110mb

Set A records for www.example.com. and example.com. to your 110mb sub-domain's IP address (Check). Sign-up here and somewhere they should tell you the MX records to set.

Normally I suggest Google Apps, but if you want random people to be able to create accounts use Live.

You can't access these files, because you using email server from a provider except you using your own email server.

As easy as possible:

- configure your domain to work with 110mb at GoDaddy in this way:
http://www.110mb.com/forum/how-to-using-a-godaddy-domain-name-with-your-free-110mb-hosting-t29380.0.html
(using GoDaddy's nameservers and pointing domain to 110mb with using A records in there)

- then choose some email provider - if you wanna free one then you can choose mentioned above Google Apps, Live etc., but remember that they have some restrictions. The same is with paid mail services. If you wanna offer mails on a mass scale you obviously need some more expensive one or setup own mail server. If you wanna offer mails only to limited amount of peoples, then free Google Apps etc. will be enough.

- according to instructions from your chosen mail provider (or from your own mail server on your computer) configure MX records and all other what is needed at GoDaddy.

And no, 110mb don't offer you mail services, you can not set up mail server here, 110mb is a web host.
