I was impress. How can this site: http://www.killerstartups.com/Video-Music-Photo/weshow-com-the-very-best-of-web-videos, blend google adsense codes with their content. Anyone know the trick? I would be appreciated.

Thats really not difficult....There are alot of modules for Drupal and wordpress that can do that for you...in addition most people rely to much without understanding the backend...it might be helpful to learn php
