Alright, this is probably one of those "Duh" questions when answered, but I simply can't find a way to log in to admin my Zen Cart.
For my new site, I wanted to install a shopping cart and I decided to use Zen Cart. I purchased MySQL upgrade only. It was activated and Zen Cart was installed successfully without a hitch. It got to the final page with two buttons: "Click here to go to the store" and "Click here to open the Admin area".
Presumably the second button is the way to access the Admin page for Zen cart. However, it brings me to the Website Builder Admin page, and the first button correctly brings me to the store. I cannot find any link to customize Zen Cart from Website Builder Admin page, which looks exactly the same as that before I installed Zen Cart. This is driving me crazy
Any help on this is appreciated. Do I need to purchase .htaccess support?

i dont think you need .htaccess as what i understand of the code based on wording is its for SSL...
try this: site.110mb.com/Admin or site.com/Admin or if in a diff direct .com/directory/Admin
also by any chance are you using the site builder for the site?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I forgot to mention that I used the Site Builder feature of 110mb before I installed Zen Cart. When I installed Zen Cart, I used 110mb's 1-click application installer. Except for personal info and mySQL database info, everything else was using default values.
Is Site Builder in conflict with Zen Cart? If so, how should I resolve this conflict?
I've tried your suggestion: [site].110mb.com/Admin brought me to 110mb's 404 page [site].110mb.com/admin brought me to Website Builder Admin panel

In what directory did you tell the one-click installer to place Zen Cart?

The default was in the root directory, so I left it there because I didn't think that it would conflict with Website Builder Admin and I assumed that 100mb recommended the default installation. It wasn't until the installation was complete that I couldn't find any way to get to Zen Cart Admin console.
Do I need to re-install Zen Cart?
Thanks for the help.

Alright, I've tried Zen Cart re-install. Instead of using the default value, I created a directory called store and told the installer to install Zen Cart to this directory. In the Server Setting page, I added "/store" to the physical and virtual addresses. Then I proceeded with the installation using the usual information. When it got to the final page, the left button still points to [site].110mb.com/index.php (without store/) and the other one points to Website Builder Admin page. In other words, nothing has changed. http://aquakeeper.110mb.com/store points to a non-existent page, and store directory is empty. Does anyone who has installed Zen Cart have no problem getting to the Admin page? Did you use default values for installation? I'd like to hear your experience and compare it to mine. Any help on this is appreciated. TIA.

hmmm im going to try to recreate your problem and fix it crap... hit cancel http://da-forumz-bot.110mb.com/shoppinghttp://da-forumz-bot.110mb.com/both work for me but what i did was deleted everything for http://da-forumz-bot.110mb.com/ in the file manager (first link under Site Management Tools when you log in) as site builder makes a folder called admin which would explain why your getting the admin login for site builder if you have nothing of value in the site builders documents you can (i think) delete all folders... but to be safe i would really only suggest deleting the admin folder if you dont want to use site builder again but why store never worked for you is unknown check the Server Settings (first form like page after agreeing to all the stuff needed) and make sure it looks good (aka the dir is at the end and obeying the directions like if it says no trailing slash their is none )

What I recommend is:
- go to http://www.zen-cart.com/ - download the ZIP archive with the installation files (you should get v1.3.8a which is latest compatible with PHP 5.1.x); - upload this ZIP archive into your 110mb account and uncompress (special icon beside the file in file manager will appear, but rename the ZIP archive into shorter more simple filename without dots etc. if nothing happen); - you should notice new folder and inside of it all Zen Cart files, rename this folder into your desired name (ie. store, shop or whatever) OR move all the files from this folder into the root if you want to have Zen Cart installed directly in root; NOTE: remember that if you'll put Zen Cart in the same folder (root) with site builder or with any other scripts - it won't work correctly, so either put it in separate folder or delete/move site builder before. - access MySQL area in 110mb control panel, create database, create database user, assign privileges to each other (don't forget this step); - type in the browser "yoursite.110mb.com/store/" or "yourowndomain.com/store/" or whatever path did you choose, in whatever folder you have Zen Cart files - the installation should start. NOTE: If you have any problems with installation, access the URL "yoursite.110mb.com/store/docs/" (or whatever different path you use with the "docs" folder at the end) to access detailed help.
In above way you avoid the use of 1-click installer. Avoid problems with it - if this is the case, the problem with 1-click installer for you. And you additionally learn how to install scripts "manually" (it's not hard, just follow instructions step by step).

THANK YOU ALL!!
I removed Zen Cart and re-downloaded the zip file. Then I reinstalled Zen Cart in store directory. Now aquakeeper.110mb.com/store works and aquakeeper.110mb.com/store/admin brought me to Zen Cart Admin log in page.
So, the conclusion is: don't install Zen Cart in the root directory if you already used Website Builder.

I think you mean don't install any apps in the root directory if you want to use anything else

* Unless you're exactly know what you're doing and your PHP skills are enough to combine two scripts to co-exist in the same directory.
