I have an existing website on 110mb.  I want to move the entire site to a new 110mb account that I just set up.  Can I do that internally, or do I have to FTP the site from my own computer all over again?

you will have to ftp it all off the one account then up to the other account.  To make it a bit faster, once you download it from one, zip it then upload the zip file to the new account and unzip it in the file manager.

If the file doesn't exceed the file size limit.
