Tell me if it worked for you!

I am not sure this will work for you, but you could try this, to make your not (ore only parcel) showing image to show up again!

This what happened; my image on my webpage did not get loaded completely, I refreshed it opened new browser page, restarted my computer, but still the same!
But then I tryed to call the image directly by using the full path of the image and open this in his own browser window and refreshed it and there it was the hole image showed up again. Then I opened my previous site and the image showing up fully again after refreshing the site!

I could not say if this was just coincidental but it is not the first time it worked for me! I can not logical explain why it worked, ore if it is server related ore if it is something on my computer, but it worked and not only ones!

I can definitely confirm this is working I had a image banner not showing all day on my forum page! I opened the browser, enter the full URL of the image and it loads normally! After that I go back to the forum and the banner shows again! Is like giving the image a kick-start!

looks more like it shows because it's in the cache
I did that, it worked, but then I cleared cache and it was gone

I'm using it as a myspace background

so I guess we need a way so we won't have to jump start it?

you may need to use a anti-hotlinking script, there are a couple of them on this forum

I inserted an image into a page yesterday, viewing with IE, the only way I could get the image to show up was AFTER I had typed the FULL URL to the image in the address bar, then refreshing the page. It did NOT matter how I referenced the image, full path, same folder, relative path (somewhere else), it had to be CACHED OUT of 110mb.com before it would load (as opposed to local, network, or proxy cache)

I tested a demo hotlinking script I designed back when hotlinking first became a problem for some 110mb.com users, it used to work no problem, it too now has the same problem. I know this not a local cache issue, even tho it sounds like it should be, and I suspect it has something to do with the new servers that have recently been installed, like they are setup NOT to serve images (new ones in particular) until they have been directly requested, as I saw a post somewhere on the forum saying 110mb.com now prevents hotlinking by default. (on a technical level this is still only a workaround)

So, in conclusion, for any NEW or problem images you have on your site, create a page where you can click on a link to those images themselves, opening them in a new or current window, go back to your original page and "hey presto" there they are..
