Is this allowed, as my current TLD in use with 110mb does not seem to let htaccess run? Is this a problem?

If you add an extra domain AFTER you purchase the htaccess upgrade you need to send a support ticket to get htaccess enabled on the "new" domain. A search of the forum would find you a number of posts on this subject.

As long as it takes. Which is a polite way of saying that we users of 110mb have no way of knowing how long the ticket queue is, or how many people there are to service the queue, or how many people there are to implement the requests from the ticket system.

You would think that 110Panel would be smart enough to enable any upgrades on a new domain, without human intervention....

Do I recieve any confirmation of an approved ticket? I think there should be some way of showing ticket progress.

Thanks,
