it would be better if we knew the domain Duh

but anyhow if you have access to the nameservers for your domain make sure their is one like this:
www.site.url    A    1    86400    IP of the box your on

maybe not exactly the same but all numbers and everything listed above should be their somewhere.

If it was working before and now it's not - read this topic:

I have what might be a linked problem.  If you access our website in the usual fashion - http://www.greyfriarsmedicalcentre.110mb.com you get out of date pages but if you omit the "www." - i.e. http://greyfriarsmedicalcentre.110mb.com it is the correct version.  Why is this?  It has only just recently happened.  Might have to post a new topic if this is not the place to get an answer.

Thanks

@ Sisyphus
Are you sure it's not just the cache of your browser?
Try to either clear your browsers cache (temporary internet files) or hit CTRL+F5 while being on "with-www" (or any) "outdated" page.

Thanks, Piotr
I had already tried that and no luck - including a Linux machine using Firefox.  I would be interested if you see the same problem on clicking the two links in my post - the www one says July 2009 and the other November 2009.

Both are identical, updated in November (note on the left under menu).
Then if it's really not your own cache, then maybe some proxy server that you use or your ISPs cache (some ISPs have such bad behaviours to save a bandwidth).

Side note: keep in mind that because of all with-www requests on 110mb are going trough internal proxy it's little bit slower.

Brilliant, Piotr - much appreciated.  Odd that it happens at my home and also through the UK NHS internet access.
