I need somebody to edit my icon pack to match.
The icons should be Black and dark Blue as shown in screenshot.

I have the icon pack I'm using, but it is a mixed pack so not all match.
Can somebody make them all match for me?

And my Paint, Notepad, Notepad ++ aren't that great either.

WOW!!
That's alot of icons 

The ones in the folder BullSoft WindeX Docklets are allready blue and black. Also some in the other folder but it still alot of them to be changed.
What exacly do you need to be done?

Well, my desktop background and PC case are black and blue.
Id like to see if anybody could make the icons match each other...

Mose icon sets out there don't have the icons for applications, So I had to rip
icons from many different packs for that. But most of their colors don't match.

In the screenshot (first posting) shows in the top left, my FireFox icon.
That can be a guide as that is the best one.

Just remembered the original request wasn't explained correctly.

Only the ones that go on the desktop need match.
The other system ones and etc don't need.
